PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may supply, among others, the following formats:

  • P9 potted plants.
  • Potted plants in 2, 3.6 and 5 litre containers.
  • Plants supplied in trays or plug trays.
  • Potted stumps.
  • Bare-root stumps.
  • Bare-root trees.
  • Large-size trees.
  • In vitro plant material.
  • Other formats available depending on season, availability or technical requirements.

The specific characteristics of each format may vary depending on the variety, season and production conditions.

  1. Adaptation of Supply Format

PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may adapt the supply format of plant material when agronomic, seasonal, logistical, phytosanitary or availability reasons make such adaptation advisable.

The company may propose supplying the customer with an equivalent or technically suitable format, including green plants, stumps, potted stumps, potted plants, trays or plug trays.

Where the modification significantly affects the order, the customer will be informed in advance.

  1. Availability and Supply Seasons

The availability of plant material depends on:

  • The season of the year.
  • The vegetative stage of the plants.
  • Climatic conditions.
  • Production planning.
  • Stock availability.
  • Phytosanitary conditions.

As a general guideline:

  • Green Plant format is usually supplied between April and August.
  • Potted Stump format is usually supplied between September and April.
  • Bare-root Stump format is usually supplied between November and March.
  • Bare-root trees are usually supplied between November and April.

These periods may vary depending on weather conditions, availability and production planning.

PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. reserves the right to adjust shipping schedules whenever necessary to preserve the quality of the plant material.

  1. Order Preparation

Orders will be prepared once payment has been confirmed or once the previously agreed commercial conditions have been fulfilled.

The company may organize shipments according to technical, logistical and climatic criteria in order to ensure the best possible preservation of plant material during transport.

During certain periods of the year, temporary shipping restrictions may apply due to extreme temperatures, phytosanitary risks or exceptional logistical circumstances.

  1. Transportation Methods

Depending on the order volume, destination and characteristics of the plant material, PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may use:

  • Parcel delivery services.
  • Pallet transportation.
  • Groupage transport.
  • Full truck loads.
  • Refrigerated transport.
  • Refrigerated containers.

  • Other appropriate logistical methods.

The choice of transportation method shall be made by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L., unless otherwise expressly agreed.

  • Balearic Islands.
  • Canary Islands.
  • Ceuta and Melilla.

  • European Union Member States.
  • Third countries and international markets.

Certain products, formats, quantities or varieties may not be available for all destinations due to phytosanitary restrictions, import requirements, logistical limitations or commercial criteria.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on the season, destination, logistical availability and transport circumstances.

Spain and Portugal

  • Parcel services: 24 to 48 hours.
  • Pallets: 2 to 4 business days.

Balearic Islands and Portuguese Islands

  • Parcel services: 48 to 72 hours.
  • Pallets: 3 to 5 business days.

European Union

  • Parcel services: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Pallets: 4 to 12 business days.

United Kingdom

  • Delivery times will depend on applicable customs, documentary and phytosanitary controls.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

International Destinations Outside the European Union

The delivery times indicated do not constitute a contractual delivery guarantee.

  1. Packaging and Shipping Formats

  • Transport trays.
  • Euro pallets.
  • Transport cages.
  • Special export packaging.
  • Phytosanitary packaging when required by applicable regulations.

The company may modify packaging systems whenever necessary to improve transport safety or comply with logistical requirements.

  1. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may vary depending on:

The minimum quantities in force shall be those published in the product page, quotation, commercial offer or specific agreement applicable at the time.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

  • Province, region or state.

Errors, omissions or inaccurate information provided by the customer may result in delays, additional costs or delivery incidents, which shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient, including:

Delivery incidents attributable to the recipient shall not entitle the customer to compensation, return or refund.

Plant material is a living and perishable product.

During transportation, factors beyond the control of PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may affect the shipment, including:

  • Climatic conditions.
  • Extreme temperatures.
  • Logistics delays.
  • Administrative controls.
  • Phytosanitary inspections.
  • Transport incidents.
  • Customs holds.
  • Import or export procedures.

The company will take reasonable measures to minimize such risks but cannot guarantee circumstances beyond its direct control.

  1. Receipt of Goods

The recipient must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any incident in accordance with the applicable Returns and Refunds Policy.

Claims must be accompanied by the necessary documentation and evidence for proper evaluation.

  1. Force Majeure

PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including extreme weather events, natural disasters, labour disputes, transport interruptions, administrative restrictions, epidemics, pandemics or any other force majeure event.
