The purchaser shall be responsible for verifying, before placing any order, the legal, phytosanitary, forestry, customs or administrative requirements applicable to the importation of products into the destination country, territory or region.
Where required by the regulations of the importing country, the purchaser must obtain in advance any import permits, licenses, authorizations or certificates issued by the competent authorities.
In particular, where an Import Permit, phytosanitary authorization or equivalent document is required, the purchaser shall provide a valid copy to PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. sufficiently in advance to allow proper preparation of the export documentation.
The purchaser shall also be responsible for informing PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. of any special import requirements, phytosanitary treatments, inspections, certifications, quarantine measures, packaging requirements, labelling requirements or other specific conditions imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. shall prepare export documentation based on the information provided by the purchaser and on the requirements known at the time of shipment.
Failure to obtain permits, authorizations or documentation required by the importing country, as well as incomplete or inaccurate communication of import requirements, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and shall not give rise to any right of cancellation, return, compensation, indemnification or refund.

PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. reserves the right to modify this Policy whenever necessary to adapt it to legal, technical, commercial or administrative changes.
