Its purpose is to provide an informational framework regarding these activities, without prejudice to any specific agreements that may be entered into for individual projects.

PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may develop, manage, promote or participate in projects related to carbon capture, storage, reduction, compensation or carbon value generation.
The company may be involved in activities related to the measurement, assessment, monitoring, certification, registration or commercialization of environmental assets associated with such projects.
The eligibility of each project shall be evaluated individually according to the technical, environmental, regulatory and commercial criteria applicable at the relevant time.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. reserves the right to accept, reject or request additional information for the evaluation of any project.
Certain projects may generate carbon credits, environmental certificates, emission reduction units, carbon sequestration units or other environmental assets recognized under the applicable methodology, framework or system.
The existence of a project does not necessarily imply the generation of carbon credits, certificates or commercially tradable environmental assets.
The specific conditions relating to project participation, ownership of generated assets, benefit sharing, certification, commercialization and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by separate agreements whenever applicable.
The existence of a plantation, forestry project or environmental initiative does not guarantee the generation of carbon credits, environmental certificates, economic returns or specific results.
Results may be affected by biological, climatic, technical, regulatory, administrative or commercial factors beyond the control of PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. shall carry out its activities using reasonable technical criteria and the information available at the relevant time.
However, the company shall not be liable for regulatory changes, third-party decisions, market conditions, variations in the value of environmental assets, administrative delays or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. reserves the right to modify this Policy whenever necessary to adapt it to legal, technical, commercial or regulatory changes.
