{"id":6265,"date":"2026-06-23T13:31:50","date_gmt":"2026-06-23T11:31:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paulownia.pro\/?page_id=6265"},"modified":"2026-06-23T14:55:20","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T12:55:20","slug":"carbon-projects-and-carbon-credit-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/test.paulownia.tempus.agency\/en\/carbon-projects-and-carbon-credit-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Carbon projects and carbon credit policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Purpose<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This Policy generally governs the services related to carbon projects, environmental assets and carbon credits developed, managed or supported by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L.<\/p>\n<p>Its purpose is to provide an informational framework regarding these activities, without prejudice to any specific agreements that may be entered into for individual projects.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Scope of Application<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This Policy may apply, among others, to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forestry plantations.<\/li>\n<li>Agroforestry systems.<\/li>\n<li>Environmental projects.<\/li>\n<li>Restoration projects.<\/li>\n<li>Carbon sequestration projects.<\/li>\n<li>Emission reduction projects.<\/li>\n<li>Other projects related to ecosystem services and environmental assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Carbon-Related Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may develop, manage, promote or participate in projects related to carbon capture, storage, reduction, compensation or carbon value generation.<\/p>\n<p>The company may be involved in activities related to the measurement, assessment, monitoring, certification, registration or commercialization of environmental assets associated with such projects.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Project Evaluation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The eligibility of each project shall be evaluated individually according to the technical, environmental, regulatory and commercial criteria applicable at the relevant time.<\/p>\n<p>PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. reserves the right to accept, reject or request additional information for the evaluation of any project.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Carbon Credits and Environmental Assets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Certain projects may generate carbon credits, environmental certificates, emission reduction units, carbon sequestration units or other environmental assets recognized under the applicable methodology, framework or system.<\/p>\n<p>The existence of a project does not necessarily imply the generation of carbon credits, certificates or commercially tradable environmental assets.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Specific Agreements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The specific conditions relating to project participation, ownership of generated assets, benefit sharing, certification, commercialization and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by separate agreements whenever applicable.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> No Guarantee of Results<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The existence of a plantation, forestry project or environmental initiative does not guarantee the generation of carbon credits, environmental certificates, economic returns or specific results.<\/p>\n<p>Results may be affected by biological, climatic, technical, regulatory, administrative or commercial factors beyond the control of PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. shall carry out its activities using reasonable technical criteria and the information available at the relevant time.<\/p>\n<p>However, the company shall not be liable for regulatory changes, third-party decisions, market conditions, variations in the value of environmental assets, administrative delays or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Modifications<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. reserves the right to modify this Policy whenever necessary to adapt it to legal, technical, commercial or regulatory changes.<\/p>\n<p>The version published at any given time shall be the applicable version.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Contact<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For enquiries relating to carbon projects, environmental assets or related initiatives, customers may contact:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:info@paulownia.pro\">info@paulownia.pro<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Purpose This Policy generally governs the services related to carbon projects, environmental assets and carbon credits developed, managed or supported by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L.
